Our NisaBakri fish head curry paste is inspired by the wonderful spices from Northern India, the little pocket of Indian paradise that's all about sun, surf, and seafood. A popular dish, this paste was inspired by Puan Seri Nisa Bakri's late mama's fish curry, claimed by PS Nisa Bakri as the best fish curry in the world!
This paste makes it easy for those looking for a fast and easy way to cook up a home-made dish. Just need to "tumis", add ingredients, and eat, as fast at 20 minutes!

HOW TO COOK?
1- Heat oil in a pot.
2- Sauté red onions, dried chili paste (cili giling), curry leaves and dried chilli pieces.
3- Sauté salted fish (ikan masin) until fragrant.
4- Add paste with water and stir well until 'pecah minyak' (oil split).
5- Add additional ingredients such as Lady's Fingers (bendi), aubergines (terung), and mix well.
6- Add water and adjust accordingly to your own preference.
7- As soon as the water reaches a boil, add fish head and body - we recommend snapper (ikan jenahak) but any other fish will do.
8- Then, add salted egg (telur masin), red chillies, green chillies and tomatoes.
9- Remove salted egg, garnish it on top and serve.
