The NisaBakri Halal Grilled Satay is a signature Malaysian dish or snack. Enjoy our tender and grilled chicken or beef skewers, marinated with wonderful spices and served with peanut sauce. Please note this is a frozen version.

HOW TO PREPARE? 👨🏻‍🍳

BOILING

1- Defrost your satay in 10 minutes

2- Soak the whole packet into hot boiling water in 500ml for 5 mins

Conventional Oven

1- Defrost your satay for 10 minutes, take out from the plastic. Separate the sauce from the satay

2- Preheat oven to 180°C and put the satay in oven

3- Cook for 7-8 minutes,

4- Peanut sauce can boil in 1-2 minutes.

then enjoy your satay with a prepared peanut sauce

*Important Storage Instructions - keep the balance unused frozen satay in air tight container and store immediately in the freezer at -18°C to avoid contamination.
